Maaike Mekking has created a limited edition of her S/S08 'stripe-sprayed' leggings for the new-oma launch.
Since completing a Women’s wear MA at the Royal College of Art, Maaike has gained coverage from The Guardian, Style magazine and I-D amongst others. Having previously worked for companies such as Alberta Ferretti, Humanoid and Alexander McQueen, she felt she had gained the experience to take the helm at her own signature collection. Her successful previous shows have been featured in various publications such as Amelia’s Magazine, Zoo, Interview, Fashion 156 and Nylon. Her label is stocked in stores in London, Rome, Arnhem and Paris.
